The 10 free tools need no account and have no limit. Tracing an image to SVG, product previews and the file check are free too. A visitor gets 3 AI drawings without an account and 7 more after creating one. After that, paid actions are counted in exports: 100 exports for $12.00, or 100 a month for $10.00, 300 a month for $20.00, 800 a month for $40.00.
An export is the unit paid actions are counted in. An AI drawing costs 1 export, the files of a product cost 5 exports, a names sheet beyond 3 names costs 5 exports. The price is printed on every button before you press it, a failed drawing is refunded, and downloading the same design again in another format is not charged twice.
No. Exports bought on MakerWizard have no expiry date while the account exists, on a plan too: the exports a month does not use carry over to the next one. A drawing that fails is refunded to the balance automatically.
A plan renews every month and adds that month's exports to your balance; the ones you do not use carry over. You can hold one plan at a time, and a plan adds its exports once per calendar month.
At any time, with Manage billing on your account's Exports page, or by email from your account's address. The plan ends with the paid month, and the exports it already added stay yours.
A drawing that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. Exports are added the moment you pay: at checkout you ask for that and give up the 14-day right of withdrawal, so a pack or a started month is not refunded, except for a payment mistake or a faulty file. The Refund Policy has the details.
