Four things turn “it did not work” into something that can be fixed:
- the file you downloaded, as it was downloaded;
- your machine and its software, with the version;
- the material and its thickness, and the power, speed and passes you ran;
- a photo of the piece, with a ruler or a coin next to it if the size is what went wrong.
